Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original, sealed packaging

  • In the same brand-new condition as received

Once approved, we will issue a full refund for the item(s) (excluding original delivery costs).

Returns must be securely packaged by the customer. Any damage caused in transit due to poor packaging is the responsibility of the sender.


Hygiene & Safety-Critical Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any of the following if they have been opened, used, or unsealed:

  • Tattoo needles and cartridges

  • Inks, pigments, and liquids

  • Grips, tubes, tips, or any sterile or hygiene-critical items

  • Gloves, razors, wipes, or any single-use or hygiene products

If any of these items arrive damaged or faulty, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order/invoice number.

Depending on the situation, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Or a credit note

In some cases, we may ask for photos of the issue before arranging a return. This is for quality control and to help prevent repeat issues.

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will arrange and cover the return shipping.
