If delivery is required to a different address to that of the registered studio we will contact the proprietor for confirmation before despatch.
Standard Delivery: For items (up to 2kg) we use Royal Mail tracked delivery. Usually this means delivery will be made in 1-3 working days although this is not guaranteed.
Guaranteed Next Day: This service is available for smaller items and you will be prompted for this service at checkout.
Bulkier items (over 2kg) will be sent using UPS (Next Day)
Orders made before 3.30pm will be dispatched same day, anything after that time will be shipped the following working day.
