  1. How can I disassemble The Viper Pen – 2.5mm-5.0mm adjustable wireless tattoo machine… please help and advise

    1. Hi Dariusz,

Thanks for your message. Here’s a clear step-by-step to safely disassemble your Viper Pen (2.5–5.0mm adjustable wireless machine):

      Tools you’ll need:
      • Small Phillips screwdriver (PH0/PH00)
      • Small Allen/hex keys (1.5–2.5mm)
      • Tweezers or a spudger
      • Lint-free cloth & isopropyl alcohol (70%+)
      • Small container for screws

      Guide:
      1. Power off & remove the battery before doing anything.
      2. Remove cartridge – pull it straight out (dispose safely if used).
      3. Unscrew the grip/adjuster – twist anti-clockwise and set aside.
      4. Open the casing – undo the small screws on the barrel and gently separate the shell. Keep screws in order.
      5. Disconnect internal battery connector and lift the motor assembly out.
      6. Stroke mechanism – note how the cam/drive pin sits (a quick photo helps) before removing.
      7. Clean & inspect – wipe parts with a cloth dampened in isopropyl (don’t soak electronics).

Reassembly: Work in reverse, making sure the motor shaft is correctly seated in the cam. Tighten screws snugly (not over-tight), and reconnect the battery last.

⚠️ Tip: Take photos as you go, keep screws grouped, and if you’re unsure about the electronics, it’s best to send the machine for professional servicing.

      Best regards,
      Jordan

  2. Hey just a heads up with the extreme numbing cream you have for sale .
My customer got rushed to hospital with suspected stroke.
Turns out the numbing cream soaked into his blood stream and he lost vision and mobility on way to appointment whilst he was driving. Ambulance had to come for him.
He said soon as the numbing cream was off his back he gradually started to feel normal again.

I think you need disclaimers and perhaps only sell one tube at a time with instructions and make people aware of the risk. Or maybe just sell to licensed studios so they can inform clients

He was absolutely fine in the afternoon but hearing couple story’s from other people now down to numbing cream.

It’s a good product I use it on my self .

But numbing cream is becoming more popular especially to through misleading content. I think it’s a matter of time before shit hits the fan and it will have a detrimental effect on the industry.

Hope this come across useful and not negative in the hope you can get the info back to your supplier.
    Thanks wayne
